iCanConnect, the National Deaf-Blind Equipment Distribution Program (NDBEDP), is designed to help the many thousands of low-income people in the United States with significant combined hearing and vision loss to connect with their family, friends and community through distance communication technology. The program is available in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Each state has program administrator, and World Services for the Blind is proud to manage iCanConnect for all of Arkansas. To learn more about the program and its qualifications, download the iCanConnect brochure in English or Spanish.

To apply for services, download the Arkansas Consumer Application in English or Spanish.
