Independence means something different to every individual. For some, it is the ability to live and travel independently; for others, it is the opportunity to pursue higher education or enter the workforce.

At World Services for the Blind, we support individuals at every skill level by developing personalized Life Skills programs tailored to each student’s unique goals, abilities, and aspirations. Learn more about our Life Skills programs.

World Services for the Blind offers a diverse range of vocational training programs, from Certified Medical Billing to preparation for careers as Assistive Technology Instructors. Programs are available both on campus and online through our fully accessible learning management system, providing flexible pathways for students to gain the skills and credentials needed to succeed in today’s workforce.
