The mission of World Services for the Blind is to empower individuals who are blind or visually impaired to achieve sustainable independence. WSB offers comprehensive life skills training on campus, extensive career programs both online and in person, social work and case management services, and a summer program for transition-aged youth. With this wide range of services, students receive personalized training and support tailored to their unique goals and needs, ensuring a pathway to independence and success.
Career Training Programs
World Services for the Blind offers a wide range of career training programs both on campus and online. On-campus students receive full-time, immersive instruction at our Little Rock facility, while online programs provide flexible options for those who need to balance work, school, or other commitments.

Mentorship Program
The WSB Mentorship Program supports adults pursuing employment through structured, one-on-one mentoring relationships. Participants are paired with mentors based on shared goals and interests, fostering professional growth, building confidence, and advancing career development in a meaningful and sustainable way.
